General Policy
All sales of hardware, equipment, and installation services are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please review your quotation and order confirmation carefully before proceeding.
Equipment and Hardware
Returns or exchanges for equipment and hardware are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items damaged during installation or use are not eligible for return.
Installation and Services
Fees for completed installation and professional services are non-refundable. If a service has not yet commenced, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing before the scheduled date to be considered for a refund.
Faulty or Defective Items
If equipment is found to be faulty or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. To initiate a return or refund request, contact us at sales@fastforwardm.co.za with your order reference and a description of the issue.
